When will I get my order?

Production and fultillment takes 1–5 days, followed by 1–20 business days for delivery. You can find more details about fulfillment times here.
Shipping times vary depending on the chosen delivery option. Selecting the Express option (available in the U.S., Canada, and Europe) will ensure faster delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can also track your order status from your account page.

Domestic shipping (US and Canada)

Here are the options available for domestic orders within the US and Canada:

  • Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
  • Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment. This method supports carbon emissions offsetting.
  • Express: Faster delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

International shipping (US and Canada)

For international shipments from our US and Canadian facilities, available options include:

  • Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
  • Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Also takes 5–20 business days and includes carbon emissions offsetting.
  • Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid): For Canada only. Delivery in 3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region).
  • Express: Delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

International shipping (Europe)

When shipping from our European locations, your international options are:

  • Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
  • Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Delivery in 5–20 business days with carbon emissions offsetting.
  • Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid): For the UK only. Delivery in 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

• Express: Delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Exchange, return & refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. You can submit a self-serve return request from your account page.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send items back before submitting a return request; such returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can investigate and make it right. If a product defect is confirmed, we cover the return shipping cost.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be in the same condition as received\'97unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging\'97and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We\'92ll notify you once we\'92ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you\'92ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Are the products shipped globally?

Yes, most v𝟶id shop products can be shipped worldwide. However, shipping may not be available to certain countries depending on local conditions and restrictions. You can check the exact shipping availability by selecting your country and entering your postal code at checkout.

How are the shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates vary depending on the type of product, order quantity, and destination. Once you enter your shipping address, our system first checks whether the items can be fulfilled within the same country for combined shipping. If not, items will be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers, and shipping rates will apply to each package accordingly.

Shipping rates range from $4.75 to $16.99 per shipment.
v𝟶id shop offers free shipping on orders over $99, so you can save on shipping costs by ordering above that amount.

Where are the products shipped from?

The production and shipping location of each item depends on the customer’s country. v𝟶id shop uses Printful’s POD and fulfillment services, with facilities located in the United States, Canada, Latvia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Brazil.

Once you enter your shipping address, our system first checks whether the items can be produced and shipped from a nearby country for combined fulfillment. If not, they will be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

Can I pay only in USD?

Yes, unfortunately, payments are currently availablein USD only. We’ll announce it once additional currencies become available.

What is POD?

POD stands for Print On Demand, a system where products are made to order rather than kept in stock — each item is produced and shipped after an order is placed. v𝟶id shop uses Printful’s POD solution for production and fulfillment.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can place an order without creating an account. Even when checking out as a guest, you’ll need to provide an email address for order confirmation and tracking.

However, creating an account is quick and easy — you only need to enter your email address, with no extra personal information required. We recommend signing up, as account holders receive exclusive benefits and easier access to order history and updates.

I have an idea!

If you have a fun phrase or product idea you’d like to see made, send it to support@v0id.shop. After internal review and design, your idea may be turned into a product.
Please note that even if you provide an idea, all intellectual property rights for v𝟶id shop’s product designs belong to v𝟶id shop.
