We sometimes love our work, sometimes hate it, and at times imagine ourselves doing something entirely different. Yet it’s the thrill of seeing an imagined scene come to life on screen, the beautiful accidents born from people and light, and the friendship built through jokes exchanged in the middle of exhausting work that keep us going. Our identity as creators is not superior or cooler than those who don’t create. Perhaps we even look like dreamers out of touch with reality.
